INGREDIENTS

  • 4 TABLESPOONS DENDE OIL
  • ½ ONION, CHOPPED
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, CHOPPED
  • 2 CUPS FINE MANIOC FLOUR
  • SALT TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Heat the dende oil and stir-fry onion and garlic, until soft. Add the manioc flour and mix very well. Season with salt and serve.
