INGREDIENTS

  • 1 PIECE OF TENDERLOIN
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF CORN OIL
  • 3 TABLESPOONS OF MUSTARD
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF RED WINE
  • SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large pot and sear the tenderloin on all sides. Transfer the meat to a baking tray and bake at 210°C for 10 minutes, so that it is cooked through while the centre remains pink. Add the mustard and red wine to the juices left on the pot, adjust seasoning, and serve with the sliced roast beef, either warm or cold.
