INGREDIENTS
- 4 TABLESPOONS DENDE OIL
- ½ ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, CHOPPED
- 2 CUPS FINE MANIOC FLOUR
- SALT TO TASTE
PREPARATION
Heat the dende oil and stir-fry onion and garlic, until soft. Add the manioc flour and mix very well. Season with salt and serve.
