INGREDIENTS
- 1 PACKAGE STRAWBERRY JELLY POWDER (OR ANY OTHER
- FLAVOUR YOU LIKE)
- 3 PACKAGES (21 G) GELATIN POWDER
- 2½ CUPS SUGAR
- 80 ML WHITE CACHAÇA
- SANDING SUGAR, FOR COATING
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a pot (except sanding sugar) with 2 cups of water. Bring it to a boil and cook under low heat for 20 minutes, without stirring. Transfer to a baking dish or ice molds, and take to the fridge to set. Unmold the jelly from the ice molds, or cut into cubes, and coat with sugar.
