INGREDIENTS

  • 6 EGGS
  • 400 ML MILK
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 CUP SOLUBLE CHOCOLATE POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 PINCH OF SALT
  • CHOCOLATE SPRINKLES

PREPARATION

Strain egg yolks and process all the ingredients in a blender. Transfer to a baking pan and bake in water bath for 1 hour, in preheated oven at 180°C. Unmold, garnish with chocolate sprinkles and keep in the fridge before serving.
