INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons of corn oil
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 teaspoons of cooked beans in their broth
- 2 potatoes, diced
- ½ packet of spaghetti
- ½ bunch of parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION
Heat up the oil and braise the onion and garlic. Add the beans along with 3 teacups of water and wait until it boils. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes for 5 minutes and set aside. Mix the beans in a blender and strain them, removing the husks. Return to the pot, add the potatoes along with 1 teacup of water. Once it boils, add the spaghetti broken in half and cook until soft. Adjust the salt and garnish with parsley.
