INGREDIENTS

  • 6 RUMP OR TENDERLOIN STEAKS
  • 2 TEACUPS OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 3 EGGS 
  • 3 TEACUPS OF BREADCRUMBS
  • CORN OIL, FOR FRYING
  • SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Cover the steaks with a plastic sheet and beat them with a meat tenderizer so they are wider and thinner. Season with salt and black pepper. Coat them in all-purpose flour, then dip them in the well beaten eggs and, finally, the breadcrumbs – you can season the breadcrumbs for extra flavour if you want to. Fry them in hell heated oil until golden. Serve immediately.
