INGREDIENTS
- 4 PACKAGES JELLY POWDER (FLAVOURS TO TASTE)
- 1 TABLESPOON GELATIN POWDER
- ½ CUP MILK
- 2 CUPS WHIPPING CREAM
- 5 SCANT TABLESPOONS SUGAR
PREPARATION
Prepare the jelly from the packages separately, following the instructions. When it’s set, slice in cubes and keep in the fridge. In a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of water and gelatin powder, mixing well. Let it hydrate for 2 or 3 minutes. Take milk to the heat, add the dissolved gelatin and whisk to blend. Combine this mixture to the whipping cream and the sugar, and add gently to the flavoured jelly. Take it to refrigerate until set.
