INGREDIENTS

COCONUT

  • 200 ML COCONUT WATER
  • 200 ML COCONUT MILK
  • 1 TABLESPOON COCONUT, GRATED 
  • 1 CUP MILK 
  • 1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH 
  • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR

LIME 

  • 70 ML LIME JUICE 
  • 7 TABLESPOONS SUGAR 
  • 1 TABLESPOON GLUCOSE SYRUP 

GRAPE

  • 3 CUPS INTEGRAL GRAPE JUICE 
  • 7 TABLESPOONS SUGAR 
  • 1 TABLESPOON GLUCOSE SYRUP

PREPARATION

COCONUT

Cook all ingredients over low heat to thicken. When cool, process in a blender, and pour in an ice mold. Place ice cream sticks or little spoons so, when it freezes, it would be easier to serve.

LIME 

Process all ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of water, until sugar and glucose dissolve. Pour in an ice mold and freeze for 2 hours. Place ice cream wooden sticks and freeze for another 6 hours, at least.

GRAPE
