INGREDIENTS
COCONUT
- 200 ML COCONUT WATER
- 200 ML COCONUT MILK
- 1 TABLESPOON COCONUT, GRATED
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
LIME
- 70 ML LIME JUICE
- 7 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON GLUCOSE SYRUP
GRAPE
- 3 CUPS INTEGRAL GRAPE JUICE
- 7 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 1 TABLESPOON GLUCOSE SYRUP
PREPARATION
COCONUT
Cook all ingredients over low heat to thicken. When cool, process in a blender, and pour in an ice mold. Place ice cream sticks or little spoons so, when it freezes, it would be easier to serve.
LIME
Process all ingredients in a blender with 2 cups of water, until sugar and glucose dissolve. Pour in an ice mold and freeze for 2 hours. Place ice cream wooden sticks and freeze for another 6 hours, at least.
GRAPE
