INGREDIENTS

  • 1 KG MANIOC
  • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
  • CORN OIL, FOR FRYING
  • SALT TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Cut the manioc in half, lengthwise, and remove the central woody fibre. Cook in water with a little bit of salt and butter until soft. Remove and strain it. Fry in hot oil until lightly golden. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle more salt, if desired.
