Two restaurants from São Paulo and its Brazilian chefs are in the 2020 edition of the innovative French guide La Liste, that puts in one platform the restaurant evaluations published in websites and apps of all over the world. The Brazilians that figured in the guide are: Janaína and Jefferson Rueda for their restaurant in São Paulo A Casa do Porco Bar. They appear in the category Authenticity, dedicated to restaurants with original propositions.The other one is the chef Renata Vanzetto, that appears with her restaurant Ema in the section for Young Talents for her “authorial work connected with the current trends in a relaxed atmosphere and with fair prices” according to the guide.
The award ceremony took place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in Paris, on 2nd of December. Created in 2018, La Liste has today reviews of more than 20 thousand restaurants from 195 countries.
