INGREDIENTS
- 1 CUP (TEA) OF CORN OIL
- ½ CUP (TEA) OF MILK
- 1 CUPS (TEA) OF SOURT SPRINKLE
- 2 SPOONS (SOUP) OF SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 1 SPOON (COFFEE) OF SALT
PREPARATION
Heat 2 cups (tea) of water, oil and milk until boiling. Blanch the powder and sugar, stirring constantly so as not to form lumps. When the dough is not so hot, add the eggs and salt; mix well. Place in a pastry bag and scratch on a silicone mat or wax paper. Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.
