INGREDIENTS
- 18 LARGE SHRIMPS, SHELLS AND HEADS LEFT ON
- JUICE OF 2 LIMES
- 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
- 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC, SLICED
- ½ BUNCH PARSLEY, CHOPPED
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
PREPARATION
Season the shrimps with lime juice and salt. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Fry in olive oil, add garlic and sauté until light golden brown. Finish with parsley and ground pepper.
