INGREDIENTS

  • 18 LARGE SHRIMPS, SHELLS AND HEADS LEFT ON
  • JUICE OF 2 LIMES
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
  • 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC, SLICED
  • ½ BUNCH PARSLEY, CHOPPED
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Season the shrimps with lime juice and salt. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Fry in olive oil, add garlic and sauté until light golden brown. Finish with parsley and ground pepper.
