On the 16th and 17th of this month, the 12th Fair to Exchange Seeds and Seedlings takes place, organised by quilombola communities of Vale do Ribeira.
The Instituto Brasil a Gosto supports the event that happens in Eldorado, SP, and will host the class “Sabores da Roça”” on the 16th, from 14.00 to 17.00, at the city’s parish hall. On the occasion, our chefs Thiago Andrade and Max Jacques will use local ingredients such as banana, maná cubiú (a fruit) and manioc. The entry is free and requires prior registration on site.
On the 17th, the event will happen at Nossa Senhora da Guia Square with activities of exchanging seeds, a fair with quilombola local products and cultural presentations.
