FoodLab Summit 2019 had 10 hours of lectures that happened in two different rooms (“Plano” – plan and “Sonho” – dream) and had the participation of important names from Brazil’s gastronomy area and from other business areas do discuss digital marketing, new businesses, successful stories, finances tips for cooks and brand planning and construction.
It is the 7th edition of the event and it derives from the work made by FoodLab, a content platform that supports gastronomy entrepreneurs, founded by the entrepreneur Patrícia Abondanza. She had the idea of FoodLab after being selected by Food-X, a business accelerator focused in gastronomy and based in New York.
The summit has speakers such as Bel Coelho (Clandestino), Felipe Sigrist (Grupo Charlô), Alberto Ferreira (Baden Baden) and Rapha Despirite (Fechado pra Jantar). Juliana Motter, from Maria Brigadeiro, said that “the good creativity is the one that is possible (doable)”. After all these conversations, the next assignment is to select what works for your business and rock until the next edition of the event.
