São Paulo hosts this weekend a new edition of Fartura – Comidas do Brasil. The festival is one of the most important in the gastronomy area and, as its name says, it is dedicated to Brazilian cuisine. The festival puts together chefs and producers from all over the country and has cooking classes, discussion panels, a producers exhibition fair and a food hall with recipes from famous chefs.

The Instituto Brasil a Gosto will also be there, with a class given by our president, Ana Luiza Trajano, with the mixologist Neli Pereira, from Espaço Zebra, in São Paulo. They will teach the class “Brazilian Harmony: National Ingredients in Dishes and Cocktails”, at the Interactive Space. It will happen on Sunday, the 4th, at 16.00. There will be only 16 places, with free entry – passwords will be distributed one hour prior to the event for the first ones at the line.

 

The event is part of an homonymous platform created in1998 that includes several pillars such as books, films, radio programs and expeditions around the country and, recently it has also arrived in Portugal. Learn more and guarantee your ticket, which costs from R$ 12,50 in this link.
