INGREDIENTS

  • 1 WHOLE MULLET, OFFAL AND SCALES REMOVED
  • JUICE OF 2 LIMES
  • 4 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
  • SALT AND BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Season the mullet with the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper; coat the outside and the inside of the fish. Fire up the grill and roast the mullet for 15 minutes; pass a spatula underneath is to prevent it from sticking. Turn it over and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.
