INGREDIENTS
- 3 CUPS MILK
- 2 CUPS STRONG COFFEE
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 6 EGGS
SYRUP
- 1 CUP SUGAR
PREPARATION
Process milk, coffee, sugar and eggs on a blender. Make a syrup with sugar and ¼ cup of water, directly on the baking pan. Transfer the pudding to the pan and bake in a water bath in the oven at 180°C for 1 hour. Unmold and sprinkle with coffee grains to decorate.
