  • ¼ ONION, CHOPPED
  • 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, CHOPPED
  • 2 PLANTAINS, DICED
  • 2 CUPS CRUZEIRO MANIOC FLOUR (FLAKED MANIOC FLOUR,
  • TOASTED AND CRISPY, WITH SLIGHTLY SWEET FLAVOR AND
  • GRAINY TEXTURE, PRODUCED IN CITIES OF RIO BRANCO STATE)
  • SALT TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Melt the butter and stir-fry onion and garlic, until translucent. Add plantain and sauté until soft, but not mushy. Add manioc flour, mix, season with salt and serve immediately.
