INGREDIENTS

  • 300 G RAW CASSAVA
  • 1½ CUP MILK 
  • ½ CUP COCONUT MILK
  • 4 EGGS
  • 1 CUP SUGAR 
  • 1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED 
  • 1 CUP COCONUT MEAT, GRATED 
  • GROUND CINNAMON 

PREPARATION

To make the syrup, dissolve sugar in ½ cup of water. Without stirring, take it to the heat and let it thickens until golden brown. Pour into a ring mold with diameter of 20 cm. Grate cassava and place in a bowl. Combine with all remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. Transfer to the ring mold, bake in a water bath for 40 minutes and unmold while still warm.
