  • 6 EARS FRESH CORN
  • 4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  • SALT TO TASTE

PREPARATION

Remove husk and silk from ears of corn and cook them in lightly salted water. Meanwhile, light the charcoal grill or brazier. When corn is cooked, strain and place the cobs on the grill. Let it golden on all sites, remove from grill and finish with butter.
