INGREDIENTS

  • 5 LITRES MILK 
  • 5 CINNAMON STICKS 
  • 1 KG SUGAR

PREPARATION

Heat the milk with cinnamon. Bring it to a boil, add sugar and stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Milk must reduce to, until it gets creamy. If you want a thicker spread, let it cook longer.
