INGREDIENTS
- A 1 KG PIECE OF PICANHA
- ROCK SALT
PREPARATION
Season the picanha with rock salt on all sides, but do not overdo it. Put it on a baking tray and cover with aluminium foil. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour, or until tender. Remove the aluminium foil and allow it to brown lightly before serving.
