- 150 G UNSALTED BUTTER
- ¼ ONION, CHOPPED
- 1 CLOVE OF GARLIC, CHOPPED
- 2 PLANTAINS, DICED
- 2 CUPS CRUZEIRO MANIOC FLOUR (FLAKED MANIOC FLOUR,
- TOASTED AND CRISPY, WITH SLIGHTLY SWEET FLAVOR AND
- GRAINY TEXTURE, PRODUCED IN CITIES OF RIO BRANCO STATE)
- SALT TO TASTE
PREPARATION
Melt the butter and stir-fry onion and garlic, until translucent. Add plantain and sauté until soft, but not mushy. Add manioc flour, mix, season with salt and serve immediately.
