- 1 WHOLE BEEF RIB, WITH BONES
- ROCK SALT
There are two methods for preparing this recipe. The first one involves seasoning the ribs and baking them in a grill with a lid, controlling the flames to prevent the meat from burning and turning it every hour until the bones begin to come off, which could take up to 4 hours. The other method consists of seasoning the meat, wrapping it in aluminium foil and baking it in an oven at 200°C for around 2 hours and a half, or on the highest part of a conventional grill for around 6 to 7 hours, turning is 3 hours after it began grilling.
